Cottages 1 & 3 These cottages are all Historic studios each with a double bed, and a screen porch. These are perfect for couples who enjoy the outdoors—and are looking for a small quaint room in the woods.

Cottages 2 This cottage is also a small studio … in 2003 we installed a new raised ceiling complete with a ceiling fan. We also installed new windows and insulated the walls.

Cottages 1 –3 are also great for friends traveling together who want to be near each other—but also have some privacy.
Cottage 4 * NEWLY RENOVATED in 2004 and 2005 * This cottage has two bedrooms, both with double beds and hardwood floors. It features a newly renovated large eat in kitchen with a fireplace. A new addition in 2005 added a new Den with a sleeping loft (perfect for kids in sleeping bags) It has a TV and VCR. It also has a large screen porch.
Renovation include: in 2004; insulated walls, new heating system, new kitchenette, raised ceiling, freshly painted interior, refinished hardwood floors throughout, new bathroom tile floor & new shower stall, and in 2005; an addition including anew closet in back bedroom, a new den with a sleeping loft.
Cottage 5 * NEWLY RENOVATED in 2004 and 2005* This cottage is located just across from the pond. It has two bedrooms—one which can double as living space with a futon, TV, and VCR. It has a large screen porch—which overlooks the pond and playground area, and a fire ring along the side of the cottage beside the brook.
Renovation include: 2004; insulated walls, freshly painted interior, raised ceilings and a new sleeping loft (perfect for kids). 2005 new enlarged bathroom. 2005; we completely rebuilt the bathroom adding a tub/shower! This is the only cottage with a bath tub (all others have shower stalls).
Cottage 6 This cottage can sleep up to six people. The entry way includes a screen porch facing the pond. In the rear of the cottage there is a picnic area bordering the Lost River. The cottage includes two bedrooms; one with a double bed and a futon and one with a single double bed. The larger bedroom can double as a TV room /den (includes VCR).
2003 renovation included: freshly painted interior, new hardwood floors in the kitchen, refinished hardwood floors in the small bed room, new rug in the den/large bedroom, new bathroom tile floor & new shower stall.
There is an outdoor fireplace in between Cottage 6 and 7. Two families or friends vacationing together will enjoy these cottages.
Cottage 7 This is a two story cottage. The entry way includes a screen porch, which faces the pond. In the rear of the cottage there is a picnic area bordering the Lost River. The first floor includes; the living/kitchen area with a lovely stone-faced fireplace and a half bath. The first floor also has two additional rooms; one with a double bed and a second with a couch which serves as the den. The second story includes two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a double bed and two twin beds and the second bedroom has a double bed. NOTE: the upstairs bathroom is accessed by walking through one of the bedrooms. |
